About the Experience

Creativity isn’t nourished by inspiration alone. It needs community, connection, conversation, and real care. Together, we'll slow down over coffee and pastries for a short reading on a theme from books like The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron, The Creative Act by Rick Rubin, Make Your Art No Matter What by Beth Pickens, Making Your Life as an Artist by Andrew Simonet, and more.

Through gentle grounding practices, meaningful conversations, and playful creative invitations, we'll make space to reconnect with your inner creative child and nurture a deeper, more intentional relationship with your whole creative life. Whether you're arriving full of energy or feeling creatively depleted, you’ll find a place at the table.

This is a come-as-you-are space. No advance reading or prior creative practice is required. Morning pastries (including gluten-free and vegan options), coffee, and tea will be provided.

Who Is This For?

  • Anyone who is curious about living a whole creative life, even if you’ve never thought of yourself as a creative, artist, writer, performer, or maker.

  • Anyone looking to begin, deepen, or reconnect with an intentional creative practice.

  • People who long for meaningful conversation and authentic connection in creative community.

  • Anyone who feels creatively stuck, burned out, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a Sunday soul reset.

  • Readers, lifelong learners, and curious people who enjoy deep diving into big ideas through books and conversation.

  • Anyone who has ever thought, “I used to be creative,” and wants to find their way back.
